We accept cash, checks, most major credit and debit cards.

  • Contact lens wearers: Please bring your contact lenses. If you need a power change or a new prescription for these lenses, we will need to know your lens specifications during your visit. Please bring the contact lens packaging or the last contact lens prescription.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary insurance REFFERALS prior to your visit with us from your primary care physician.

During your eye exam, your eyes may be dilated with eye drops in order to perform a dilated retinal exam. Dilated eye exam indicators include diabetic eye exams, evaluation of flashes and floaters, macular degeneration, yearly dilated glaucoma exams, age greater than 65 years, and other medical conditions requiring evaluation of the whole retina. If you have a dilated eye exam you can anticipate bright and blurry vision (especially up close) for about five hours after dilation. You should bring sunglasses and, if possible, have someone drive you. Adjust your plans for driving and work with machinery accordingly during this time after dilation of your eyes.

There are two on-site garages. The main underground garage has its entrance next to the adjacent gas station. There is a second surface-parking lot that opens after 9:30am, located three quarters of the way around the building.
